We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Ward Plumbing, Heating, and Air. As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain heating and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, air handlers, ductless systems, gas furnaces, and custom ductwork.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and local building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installation Specialist.
- Valid Driver's License.
- EPA Certification to handle refrigerants.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly rate ($32-$51+/hr).
