About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Ward Plumbing, Heating, and Air. As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems
  • Work with customers to understand their heating and cooling needs
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best course of action for installation or repair
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installation Specialist
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA certification to handle refrigerants
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
