Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in their condition. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program, which will help you develop new skills and advance your career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes in their condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes
  • Assist with turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents as needed
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when necessary
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
