Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect resident care, including personal care, comfort, and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, medication, or treatment plans to the RN or LVN.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • Current California CNA certificate required.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
