Job Summary

We are seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customer experience, completing operational activities, and minimizing risks under established policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Experience
    • Process and approve teller transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Share digital solutions with customers and make introductions to bankers
  • Complete Operational Activities
    • Minimize risks under established policies
    • Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
  • Support Branch Manager
    • Assist with operational tasks and scheduling
    • Resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line
  • Provide Excellent Service
    • Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
    • Provide guidance and support to team members
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience
  • Ability to provide strong customer service and listen to customer issues
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cash handling experience
  • Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policy guidelines
