Branch Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch network.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by accurately processing and approving transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers.
- Operational Activities: Complete operational tasks while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures.
- Transaction Support: Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products.
- Branch Support: Support the Branch Manager in operational tasks and scheduling, and resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line.
- Customer Support: Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
- Team Motivation: Motivate a diverse team to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives.
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues.
- Technical Skills: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Military Experience: Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting.
- Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Leadership Skills: Motivate others to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives.
