- Compliance: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Communicate with plant management, quality control technicians, and other team members to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Education: Associate's degree in an industrial, technical, math, science, or management course of study, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Skills: Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
The Quality Assurance Manager will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will be required to work safely and follow all safety protocols.
