Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Central Connection is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight of dependently licensed clinicians, collaborate with clients and families to identify available resources, and provide crisis intervention and advocacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to a small team of assessors and case managers
  • Collaborate with clients and families to identify available resources for housing benefits and other entitlements
  • Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, medication monitoring, transportation assistance, and ADL assistance
  • Work with Hamilton County Probate Court to determine need of services and supply creative problem-solving
  • Collaborate with professionals from multiple systems and other agencies to address treatment needs at both the client and programmatic level
Requirements:
  • Experience working with severe and persistent mental health and/or persons with mental health and substance use needs
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Independently licensed in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Transportation and good driving record required, as well as personal vehicle insurance for bodily injury/property damage liability
  • Effective time management, communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with persons from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of the Hamilton County public behavioral health system and other community resources
About Central Connection:

Central Connection is a unique model of service delivery that provides both clinical supervision and direct care services to clients. Our clients are transitioned to ongoing providers typically within 90 days. We are currently in need of an individual who would like to continue to engage with clients face-to-face by completing assessments on an ad hoc basis, providing case management in the community, and mentoring and providing supervision to a small team of assessors and case managers.

Caseload size will range based on current needs, but is typically in the 10-12 range. Goals include engagement and interactions that are outside the scope of the traditional productivity model. Many of our clients are frequent faces to our community and require a high level of engagement.
