We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of homecare clients and patients served, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise care management and personnel management associated with clinical delivery
- Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers
- Assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers
- Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader
- Active RN license required
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required
- Proficiency in the English language required
Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
