Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to patients' families.
  • Act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family, and hospice team.
  • Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient.
  • Manage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
  • Maintain all assigned patient clinical records.
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
  • RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred.
  • Current drivers license and automobile insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
