We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable professional to lead the Institute for Agriculture. This pivotal role involves managing educational programs, engaging with prospective students, delivering courses, and building partnerships with local agricultural enterprises to enhance our agriculture initiatives and solidify our institution's standing in agricultural education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with admissions staff, academic leaders, and faculty to attract students to the institute's offerings.
- Engage with local high school agricultural programs, including organizations like Future Farmers of America and 4H.
- Partner with the marketing team to effectively promote the institute and its educational programs.
- Collaborate with academic leaders and faculty across disciplines to strengthen agricultural-focused majors and programs.
- Instruct courses within the Agricultural Institute.
- Assist in fundraising initiatives for the Institute for Agriculture.
- Forge partnerships with agricultural businesses and financial institutions to facilitate student internships and collaborative projects.
- Represent the institution at relevant regional workshops and conferences.
- Collaborate with community colleges to establish articulation agreements.

Qualifications:
