Key Responsibilities: As a Job Coach, you will engage with clients in their communities or workplaces to provide essential support in securing and maintaining employment. Your role may include:

  • Assisting clients in learning and mastering job responsibilities
  • Supporting emotional well-being
  • Facilitating communication with supervisors and colleagues
  • Guiding clients in achieving their personal aspirations

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Human Services, or a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental health challenges is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Access to a reliable telephone and internet
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass motor vehicle and criminal background checks
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and emotional resilience
  • Capacity to learn and implement systematic coaching methods for individuals with disabilities in the workplace
  • Possession of a vehicle that meets safety and operational standards
