Key Responsibilities: As a Job Coach, you will engage with clients in their communities or workplaces to provide essential support in securing and maintaining employment. Your role may include:
- Assisting clients in learning and mastering job responsibilities
- Supporting emotional well-being
- Facilitating communication with supervisors and colleagues
- Guiding clients in achieving their personal aspirations
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Services, or a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental health challenges is preferred
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
- Access to a reliable telephone and internet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass motor vehicle and criminal background checks
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and emotional resilience
- Capacity to learn and implement systematic coaching methods for individuals with disabilities in the workplace
- Possession of a vehicle that meets safety and operational standards
