Clinical Leadership Opportunity
**About the Role**
Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring the highest quality of care.
**Responsibilities**
* Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements
* Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
* Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
* Ensure resident confidentiality by monitoring information processing
* Manage documentation of resident care services
* Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams
**Requirements**
* Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
* Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a team
* Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic computer skills
