Mazak is seeking a highly skilled Regional Equipment Installer to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining complex machinery equipment at customer sites across the Midwest region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing machines and accessories at customer sites, including assembly, leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating, and wiring
  • Diagnostics and repair of mechanical, electrical, and software problems on machines and accessories
  • Training customers on the operation and functions of the machines
  • Lifelong learning of new machine features and accessories
  • Documentation of installation, assessment, repairs completed, and parts installed

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or in a team environment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in field service and a strong understanding of PLC, HYD/Pneumatic circuits, and general computer skills.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Mazak is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
