  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including the preparation of contracts, invoices, and other essential documents.
  • Respond to inquiries from sales representatives and facilitate smooth operational processes.
  • Help in the creation and distribution of sales materials, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for various business initiatives.
  • Support lead generation efforts for the sales team through research and outreach activities.
  • Maintain and update the sales CRM system to ensure the accuracy of information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales support or administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in E-commerce and graphic design is a plus.
