Automation Sales Engineer

MBS Pro Staffing is seeking an experienced Automation Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales teams to establish strong relationships with customers and drive automation sales growth.
- Work closely with A+ Automation Engineers to design, build, and sell automation solutions that meet customer needs.
- Evaluate best-use applications for automation in various industries, including Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, Construction, Energy, Firearms, Medical, and Military/Defense.
- Build and maintain trust with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Consult with customers to secure sales and promote value-added products, benefits, and services.
- Coordinate customer needs through the service department and provide feedback to sales teams.
- Enter sales calls, notes, comments, and other important information into Zoho CRM.
- Analyze automation market conditions and develop annual sales projections and plans.
- Travel to existing customers and distributors, and attend relevant trade shows.
- Assist marketing teams with messaging, new product rollouts, promotions, competition, and brand awareness.
- Keep accurate expense records and train sales teams on A+ Automation products and services.
- 4-Year degree or equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education.
- Ability to travel to distributors across the continental United States and Canada (limited).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automation products, services, and the company.
- Written and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
