Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medication Technician to join our team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and clinical needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as directed by our licensed nursing staff
  • Assist with resident programs and activities, promoting socialization and engagement
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document resident progress and concerns, maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current GNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • A current certification for Medication Administration, per state requirements
  • 1-2 years of GNA experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on years of licensure, with potential shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts. Additional benefits include:
