Position Title: Front Desk/Host

Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Overview:

  • Provide a warm and inviting first impression for all Guests
  • Assist Guests in navigating retail, game rentals, and dining options
  • Ensure exceptional Guest satisfaction through food, beverages, and gaming experiences
  • Welcome Guests with enthusiasm and manage game rentals, merchandise transactions, and phone inquiries

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep management updated on any issues or concerns
  • Bid farewell to departing Guests and confirm their satisfaction
  • Prepare the workspace with necessary supplies for the shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk and Host area
  • Check and replenish supplies as necessary
  • Discuss any problem areas with the Manager
  • Assist Guests with their needs and effectively manage wait times
  • Deliver utensils to seated Guests and ensure accurate transaction processing
  • Reconcile cash from registers and complete To Go order transactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in all circumstances
  • Adherence to dress code and proficiency in reading and communicating in English
