**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team. The successful candidate will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and emotional support, and work collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
* Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
* Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being
* Provide assistance with mobility, including transferring and repositioning to prevent discomfort and promote independence
