We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FOH Supervisor to join our team at Three Brothers Bakery. As a FOH Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the sales team, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Handle monetary transactions, including cash handling and depositing
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating products
- Participate in team development, coaching, and training to ensure staff are engaged and motivated
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a bakery or restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00
