About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Training and Marketing Specialist to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement marketing promotions and product training programs
  • Serve as a liaison between our company, lottery officials, and retailers
  • Develop and provide training to retailers, lottery officials, and company staff on the operations of our equipment and games
  • Visit retailers to promote sales and provide support
  • Assist in field research and gather feedback from customers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs to increase sales and revenue
  • Supervise the IGT gaming activities at marketing fairs and events
  • Assist with the implementation of new games and game improvements
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and participation in all new game testing
  • Design and produce game/product sales presentations
  • Participate in regional and statewide sales meetings and conferences
  • Maintain and update all training documents and reference guides for retailers and local staff
  • Assist lottery personnel with retailer trouble-shooting and chronic retailer issues
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role
