Job Summary:

This is a remote sales position for the Southeast region and the Northeast region. We are hiring 2 people, one for each region. The Regional Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies within an assigned geographic area, with a specific focus on Zavation Medical Products, LLC's Interventional Pain segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain key customer relationships and develop/implement strategies to exceed customer expectations.
Facilitate, lead, and coach the Interventional Pain strategies and priorities of Zavation Medical Products, LLC, within an assigned geographic area.
Provide education and training to pain specialists and interventional radiologists on Zavation's Kyphoplasty and SI Joint Fusion techniques and instrumentation.
Collaborate with the sales team, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and market penetration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
At least three years of sales experience, preferably in medical device industry.
Experience working with surgeons, pain specialists, and interventional radiologists.
Knowledge of anatomy and spine to facilitate education and training on Zavation's Kypho and SIJ Fusion techniques and instrumentation.
Proven and documented track record of driving sales results.
High learning agility, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding coaching abilities and leadership skills, with the capacity to lead through ambiguity.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders, including Pain Specialists, Interventional Radiologists, and Sales Reps/Distributors.
