This role is ideal for individuals with a valid CDL Class A, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift heavy products in various weather conditions.
Schedule and Pay InformationDrivers are off on Sundays and One Weekday. Start times between 1am and 6am (10-11 Hour Routes). The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 based on a 40-hour workweek and pay starting at $31.25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Safely Drive Trucks: Operate commercial vehicles, perform equipment inspections, and handle customer service duties, including payments and product verification.
- Unload Products: Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify Accuracy: Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Commercial Driving Experience: Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required.
- Licensing: Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required.
- Overtime Compensation: This role is eligible for overtime compensation.
- Retention Bonus: Eligible for a $15,000 Retention Bonus.
