Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive room assignments from the Supervisor at the start of your shift. Ensure your cart is adequately stocked for the day's tasks. Understand the proper protocol for entering guest rooms.

Upon entering a room, position your cart appropriately to facilitate cleaning. Adhere to a systematic approach for cleaning both occupied and vacated rooms to ensure thoroughness.

Inspect rooms for any damages to furniture and equipment. Promptly report any issues or missing items to your Supervisor. Any items discovered in guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, or back-of-house areas should be returned to Lost and Found, documenting the date, location found, and your name.

Before exiting a guest room, conduct a final inspection to confirm cleanliness and occupancy status. Inform the housekeeping team that the room is ready for the next guest.

At the end of your shift, restock your cart and remove any trash and soiled linens to prepare for the following day.

Address guest inquiries and provide assistance, directions, and information as needed. Report any suspicious activities or hazardous conditions to the Safety/Security Department.

Offer guidance for guest and employee safety during emergencies, such as fires.
