Position Details:
This role operates on a unique schedule of 7 days on, followed by 7 days off, with 24/7 on-call duties during active weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include:
  • Conducting ongoing assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial conditions
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, and families to develop care plans
  • Providing education and interventions to manage patients' pain and symptoms
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and medications
  • Updating care plans as patients' needs evolve
  • Documenting patient and family services accurately and promptly
  • Participating in regular IDG meetings

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid and unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan
  • A minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience
  • Preferred experience in management and home health
  • Current CPR certification
  • A background in community health and medical-surgical nursing is advantageous
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current insurance
