Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication management and wound care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
