- Lead risk assessments, assist in the development and review of equipment designs, and provide guidance on requirements for controls and devices.
- Functionally partner with all engineering teams to drive a systematic approach to address risk identification, mitigation, and management of safety solutions.
- Travel 25-50% of the time to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in safety engineering programs in manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience working within a global company with global or multi-country responsibilities.
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $105,600/year to $185,000/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
