We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at BridgePoint Healthcare, where we provide patient-centered care in a safe and welcoming environment.

About the Role

This is a 13-week contract position that requires full-time hours commitment. As an RN with BridgePoint, you will be part of a dynamic team-driven environment that prioritizes patient healing and wellness. Your dedication and expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
  • Develop nursing care plans in coordination with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
  • Communicate changes in resident's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
  • Participate in discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A current RN license from the District of Columbia Department of Health.
  • ACLS & BLS certifications.
  • A minimum of one year's recent nursing experience.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a 13-week contract position requiring full-time hours commitment.
