Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize your expertise in immunological assays to spearhead the design, implementation, and oversight of cutting-edge in vitro and in vivo studies.
  2. Provide strategic project management support to advance high-priority programs from inception to IND submission, collaborating seamlessly with our protein engineering and biopharmaceutics teams.
  3. Innovate and execute in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo assays to identify and characterize lead candidate molecules, driving forward the development of transformative therapeutics.
  4. Conceptualize and supervise in vivo models, both internally and through partnerships with leading CROs, to elucidate the mechanism of action and validate the efficacy of antibody therapeutics.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent experience in immunology, cell biology, pharmacology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual knowledge and technical expertise in cellular immunology, with a proven ability to solve complex scientific problems.
  • Show expertise in designing and conducting advanced in vivo experiments to uncover mechanisms of immunological diseases and support therapeutic development.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines effectively.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data with clarity.
  • Have a track record of scientific contributions through publications and presentations at leading conferences.
  • Preferably, have experience in antibody drug development in immunology, with proven success in therapeutic development.
  • Previous management experience is a plus, reflecting your leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Experience supporting research for IND-track projects or clinical programs is highly desirable, showcasing readiness to advance transformative therapeutics.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.

Other compensation elements include:
