We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at HRC Global Services in Maryland.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Behavior Analyst to work with children aged 18 months to 7 years old, providing in-clinic services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 8-10 children and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct in-clinic services to children with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs as they carry out treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BACB BCBA Certification.
  • Able to work primarily with children between 18 months and 7 years of age.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Maryland.
