Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with students with emotional disabilities, providing support and implementing behavior interventions to promote positive outcomes. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recovery-oriented restorative services and behavior interventions to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with special educators to provide academic instruction and develop individualized education plans.
• Implement and review behavior intervention plans to ensure effective strategies and maximize student success.
• Work closely with school social workers and placement agencies to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate data collection and analyze results to inform instructional decisions.
• Builrapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
