Management Trainee

Job Title: Management Trainee - Entry Level Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our team at Mike's Carwash. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in accomplishing location goals and ensuring that our carwash operates up to all Mike's Carwash standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in accomplishing location goals and ensuring that our carwash operates up to all Mike's Carwash standards and guidelines.
• Execute the Mike's Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain acceptable wash quality, staffing, and professionally handle customer complaints and damages.
• Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in the maintenance and repairs at your location.
• Associate Development: Complete location orientation and training checklists, and ongoing coaching and training as needed.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: Assist the General Manager in the maintenance and repairs at your location.
• Personal Development: Participate in a structured management training program and continue learning any skill or knowledge not already mastered.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to deal with practical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ability to score an 80% on our Money Handling Skills Assessment without use of a calculator.
• Ability to read product manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures, and speak with poise and confidence.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee will occasionally be required to work with machinery with moving parts and wear gloves. The employee will continuously be required to work outdoors in temperatures of 0-100 degrees Fahrenheit. The employee will occasionally be required to work alone. The employee will frequently be required to work with chemicals and wear eye or hearing protection.
