Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fuzzy's Taco Shop. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, taking their orders, and delivering delicious food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Greet Guests and Take Orders

Ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued by providing exceptional customer service. Take orders accurately and efficiently, and ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Deliver Food and Drinks

Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

Ensure that the dining area and kitchen are clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order.

Process Payments

Process payments accurately and efficiently, and handle cash and credit card transactions with professionalism.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Go above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve any issues promptly.

Collaborate with the Team

Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and that the dining area is clean and organized.
