Creative Operations Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Operations Lead to join our Marketing Creative Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the production of marketing projects and campaigns across all brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple creative projects, engaging directly with creative leadership, key stakeholders, and freelancers.
- Meet with key partners to understand seasonal product and athlete stories, incorporating perspectives from Creative, Marketing, Social and Digital partners to align on final content with key initiatives.
- Manage project lifecycle of projects end-to-end, including planning, producing, and distributing content, in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate the creative development and manage the workflow of production projects by assigning tasks to team members, reviewing progress, and making sure revisions are implemented as needed.
- Own each aspect of a production as the main point of contact, reporting to key stakeholders.
- Help support and contribute to the production of digital and social marketing content and initiatives.
- Work with external agencies/partners from inception to completion to execute creative deliverables.
- Budgets, plans, and schedules production projects to ensure the smooth running of shoots and productions.
- Assist with negotiating estimates and contracts with all parties involved in productions.
- Demonstrate understanding of business priorities.
- Develop specific goals/plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work in support of business priorities.
- Provide ongoing status updates to share progress against established goals, gaps, and support needs to maintain progress against project plans.
- Actively solicit stakeholder feedback and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner that is easy to understand.
- Demonstrate ambition and enthusiasm when taking on challenges.

- Logically analyze data and systematically weigh options to determine the best solution.

- Anticipate and fully service the needs of stakeholders, including colleagues, owners, partners, and riders.
- 3-5+ years of production/coordinating experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience creating and managing a content calendar or schedules for multiple creative projects at once.
- Experience with at least one project management tool like Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end production projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills, including presentation, and negotiating skills.
- High level of proficiency with project management systems.
- Experience working with agency or in-house creative teams, with a strong understanding of branding, marketing, communications, and advertising.
- Heightened customer expectation, experience, and service awareness.
- A keen eye for details, organization, and possess a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify issues and alternatives and recommend possible solutions.
- Set and exceed expectations clearly with team members.
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
- Are understanding and adaptable with frequently changing deadlines and requests.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills: you're a positive team player with excellent communication skills and capacity to work well with a team and as an individual.
