Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ advanced scheduling software to oversee project timelines and maintain precise scheduling data.

  • Serve as a communication bridge among clients, team members, and various departments to confirm schedules and address any conflicts.
  • Keep meticulous records of meetings and appointments, ensuring all relevant details are accurately logged in scheduling systems.
  • Produce analytical reports and evaluate scheduling metrics to uncover trends and propose enhancements to processes.
  • Conduct site visits to gather insights and validate scheduling reports.
  • Engage with Project Managers and Superintendents regarding updates on scheduling matters.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the construction sector is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of dedicated scheduling experience is preferred.
  • A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Experience working with leading ENR General Contractors is advantageous.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects is preferred.
