Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC ServiceWorks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our industrial washer/dryer appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair on commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and air vending machines.
  • Proactively manage maintenance requirements to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, including instructing customers on safe and effective operation of appliances.
  • Test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including delivery locations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Experience reading schematics and low voltage is a must.
