Your Role

As a Personal Care Assistant - Caregiver at KWA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure each client receives personalized care and attention.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $21.17 - $24.03 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and more. You'll also enjoy a flexible schedule and a positive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • To be 18+ years old
  • To have reliable personal transportation
  • To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

We prefer:

  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
