Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and internal staff with inquiries related to parts, both in-person and through various communication channels.
- Provide clear communication regarding estimated shipping and arrival times for parts, along with technical support.
- Accurately document parts transactions in our Dealer Management System.
- Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Achieve daily performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
