We are currently seeking a talented Protection Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing protection projects, including estimating, tracking, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective communication across project teams. In addition, the role involves providing support to engineers on various aspects of project execution, such as system model development, relay settings, and technical reviews. The Protection Project Manager will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and overseeing special customer protection requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Estimating, tracking, and coordinating protection projects
  • Supporting engineers in project execution
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Managing special customer protection requests

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree
  • 6+ years of experience in protection or protection project management
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or leadership
  • Experience with SEL Relay Setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy
  • P.E. license preferred
