As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for our staff and individuals we support.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation functions in all administrative buildings, including mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.

• Collect and dispose of trash and refuse in a timely and efficient manner.

• Clean and maintain all administrative and programmatic areas, including coffee stations, break rooms, and training spaces.

• Ensure all lavatory areas are clean and well-maintained, including disinfecting, sweeping, and mopping.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Requirements**

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.

• 3-5 years of housekeeping or janitor experience required.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and Mantoux test (PPD, TB).

• Valid driver's license with 2 years of consecutive driving experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
