About the Role

Henry Schein, a leading provider of dental management solutions, is seeking a skilled Digital Imaging Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, field technicians, and field representatives regarding IT and digital imaging support issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, handle, and resolve technical support requests from customers, field technicians, and field representatives via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for digital imaging products and services used in healthcare, as well as a wide range of IT-related products and services.
  • Offer end-user support and training on digital imaging products and services.
  • Document all service request information into internal database systems according to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Typically 4 or more years of related experience in IT and digital imaging support.
  • High school education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills with installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting support services of IT-related products, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Basic level of technical knowledge and skills with installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting support services of healthcare-related systems, devices, and software, including digital X-ray, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, milling systems, scanning devices, cameras, imaging software, and other digital imaging products and software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with handling multiple technical support requests daily.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
