Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and serving as a liaison between clients and senior technical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system requests.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LAN, WAN, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem Solving: Use on-the-job experience, documentation, knowledge bases, and deployed network and IT management tools to resolve technical issues.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between clients and senior technical staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work Orders: Process routine customer work orders, such as enabling network ports, managing software licenses, and adding system accounts.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in WAN, LAN, and networking technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MS Windows, Linux Administration, LAN Cabling, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow.
