Cassia is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Pines Senior and Assisted Living campus in Richfield, Minnesota. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care, ensuring the highest level of comfort and well-being.
- Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, taking follow-up action as necessary.
- Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota LPN license required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.
