As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allina Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient clinic setting. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team, providing support to providers in the delivery of timely and quality patient health care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect patient information and data, providing patient care and communicating with patients and care team members.
• Administer therapies, including medications, scheduling follow-up visits, and providing patient care pre/post encounter or procedure.
• Collaborate with providers and team members on improving and managing quality goals.
• Perform rooming, manage patient flow, and obtain adequate patient medical information/data.
• Accurately measure patients' vital signs and record in medical records.
Requirements:
• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing-approved LPN program.
• Two years of clinic LPN experience.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (MN BON or WI BON) and current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Allina in-house BLS training.
