Experienced Dialysis Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center.
As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients suffering from end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and build long-term relationships with patients.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
Healthcare experience is a plus, including BONENT certification, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy.
