Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to assist in the administration of our swim lesson programs. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our programs by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Director of Swim Lessons in program development and implementation
  • Coordinating enrollment processes and communicating with parents/guardians
  • Maintaining accurate participant records and tracking attendance
  • Leading set-up and breakdown of pool equipment and materials
  • Assisting with instructor scheduling and evaluation
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Knowledge of aquatic programs and instruction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
