Houston, Texas, United States Kizer Energy, Inc. Full time

As a leading energy company, Kizer Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Refinery Process Expert to join our team in South-East Asia / Johor Bahur.

The key responsibilities and duties of this position include:

  • Reviewing operating practices and incorporating best practices and lessons learned for improvement
  • Analyzing past and potential process upsets (which could defer CRT) and evaluating the availability of existing safeguards and mitigation strategies
  • Reviewing operating procedures to check comprehensiveness and coverage, identifying issues, and proposing improvements
  • Developing improvement projects to address gaps in meeting CRT requirements

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with specialists from other disciplines, including Engineering, Process, Process Controls, Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement Support.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 20-30 years of experience in refining processes, specifically in Residue FCC Units (RFCC). You will be responsible for troubleshooting, optimization, and procedure review to ensure safe and reliable operation.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A strong background in related plants
  • Experience working on international projects
  • Experience in advisory roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

The salary for this position is negotiable, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.
