About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Road Ranger. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our kitchen and food service programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food safety protocols to ensure high-quality food products and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality food products.
