General Job Overview:
Responsible for delivering and receiving products from external services as needed. Verifies incoming shipments for accuracy in quantities delivered.

Counts the number of packages or individual items, inspects for damage to outer containers, and records any discrepancies on the carrier's bill of lading.

Moves merchandise to designated areas, checks all items for visible damage, compares items against the manifest, and submits paperwork to the appropriate office.

Prepares products for shipment, which includes packaging goods and loading trucks or vans for delivery.

Approximately 80% of deliveries will occur within the local Rochester, NY area, while the remaining 20% will involve long-distance travel.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Valid CDL License – Class A.
