Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Information Technology initiatives at SCA Health. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technology support aligns with the needs of our management and clinical teams, providing reliable and accessible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of project managers responsible for the integration of newly acquired facilities and technology solutions.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Resource Coordination: Identify necessary resources and assign responsibilities to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards throughout project execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate invoicing and monitoring of receivables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Additional Information:
  • Travel may be required to meet project needs.
  • Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
